Insurance Information:
*Accepted Insurance Plans: I am an "In Net-Work Provider With" Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Husky Insurance Plans*
The Clinical Session Rate for "Out of Net-Work Insurance Plans" and/or for Private Pay Patients is: $90.00 Per One Hour Long Session. I do include the 15 minute Assesment Process done at the beginning of our session into the $90.00 rate. Therfore, first sessions are about 1 hour and 15 minutes for the same $90.00 rate.
***For my New Patients who do not have health insurance and are not members of the Insurance Plans I do accept I will try my best to work with you regarding the Price for treatment. I try to take into consideration the individual or family's financial situations. Because this is a Treatable Disorder I want to try and Provide treatment to everyone without excluding those with Current Serious Financial Struggles! ***

Cancelation Policy
I kindly ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel one of our sessions. I understand that sometimes emergencies pop up that might make it difficult to provide 24hrs notice. During these times I ask that you do the best you can in notifying me as soon as possible. Thank You!
